- Lead and manage the complete finance and accounts function of the dealership.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
- Monitor profitability, cash flow, working capital, and financial performance across all departments.
- Analyze departmental KPIs for Sales, Service, Spares, Insurance, and Used Cars.
- Ensure strong cost control and financial discipline within the organization.
- Oversee preparation of MIS reports, P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and financial analysis.
- Manage banking relationships, loans, credit facilities, and fund management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate internal audits, statutory audits, and OEM financial audits.
- Monitor OEM incentives, claims, receivables, and financial reporting requirements.
- Support management in strategic planning, expansion projects, and business decision-making.
- Implement financial controls, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Lead and mentor finance, accounts, billing, cashier, and audit teams.
- Drive automation and digitalization in finance operations.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and effective receivable management
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
License/Certification:
- Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
