About the Role:
We are looking for a high-ownership professional to strengthen Paytm Flights Business
Operations. The role will focus on airline commercial operations, revenue assurance, supply
management, and market intelligence to ensure smooth airline integrations, optimized supply
availability, and protection of business revenues.
This role requires close collaboration with airlines, aggregators, internal tech teams, finance,
and operations to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Airline Commercial Operations (ADMs / Waivers / Refunds):
• Manage Airline Debit Memos (ADMs), DGCA-related cases/refunds, and supply refunds.
• Lead negotiations with airlines for waivers, refund approvals, and policy exceptions.
• Ensure timely closure of disputes and minimize revenue leakage.
2. Revenue Assurance & Supplier Income Tracking:
• Track supplier incentives, airline commissions, and commercial agreements.
• Ensure correct tracking and realization of all airline incentive programs.
• Work closely with finance teams to identify and plug revenue leakages.
3. Market Insights & Competitive Intelligence:
• Analyze market share dynamics across OTAs and airline channels.
• Identify high-opportunity routes, pricing gaps, and supply opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights to the business team for supply expansion and growth strategies.
4. Airline Supply Operations & Route Activation:
• Manage configuration and activation of new airline routes and inventory across platforms.
• Coordinate with aggregators, airlines, and tech teams to ensure timely availability of routes.
• Monitor route-level performance and resolve supply-side gaps.
5. Tactical Supply Management:
• Track and respond to dynamic supply changes from airlines, including schedule changes, cancellations, or fare adjustments.
• Ensure supply stability and minimal disruption to booking flows.
• Build processes for proactive monitoring of airline supply shifts.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
• 6–8 years of experience in OTA, airline operations, travel tech, or aviation distribution.
• Strong understanding of airline commercial constructs (ADM, incentives, waivers, refunds).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market share and route performance data.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with tech, finance, and operations teams.
