Education Qualification -CA Qualified/CMA/MBA Finance
Experience -Minimum15 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of accounting process and internal controls
Proficient in finance modules of SAP
Business Central ,or other ERP system
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions including due diligence
Experience in bank coordination
