Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Sales & Operations Manager who knows how to both close deals and make things run smoothly behind the scenes. This role combines business development with operational ownership, requiring someone who can think strategically but execute fast.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive international sales activities — from lead generation to closing deals
* Manage and optimize operational workflows to support business growth
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, delivery, and client success
* Build and maintain relationships with international clients and partners
* Identify new market opportunities and support expansion initiatives
* Monitor KPIs, performance, and pipeline to ensure targets are met
*Build and support local operations and report to the company c-level
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales and operations, preferably in an international environment
* Strong track record in closing deals and managing client relationships
* Fluent in English and Hebrew (both written and spoken)
* Highly proactive with a “hands-on / get things done” mindset
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Experience in real estate or related industries
