Senior Finance & Operations Executive
(Controller Hybrid – Multi-Entity Operations)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Senior Finance & Operations Executive to support the continued growth, financial infrastructure, and operational excellence of a rapidly expanding multi-entity organization.
This role is ideal for a hands-on financial leader who possesses both high-level strategic finance expertise and strong operational control capabilities. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening financial visibility, enhancing reporting systems, improving accountability structures, supporting executive leadership, and ensuring audit and compliance readiness across multiple divisions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Develop executive-level financial reporting and KPI dashboards
- Support strategic growth initiatives and operational scalability
- Assist with financial modeling, business analysis, and expansion planning
- Monitor organizational financial performance and risk indicators
Operational Controls & Compliance
- Strengthen internal financial controls and accountability systems
- Oversee reporting accuracy, reconciliation processes, and financial integrity
- Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Assist in developing standardized operational and financial procedures
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Operations, Payroll, and HR leadership teams
Multi-Entity & Multi-Site Oversight
- Manage financial oversight across multiple departments, sites, and entities
- Improve consistency in reporting structures and operational workflows
- Support implementation and optimization of financial systems and controls
- Assist leadership with identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and operational risks
Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner closely with executive leadership on organizational initiatives
- Provide strategic recommendations supported by financial and operational analysis
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Support cross-functional communication between departments and leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required
- CPA, MBA, CMA, or advanced financial certifications strongly preferred
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Experience in multi-entity, multi-site, healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, hospitality, or complex operational environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of:
