Role Overview
As the CRO, you will sit on the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will lead cross-functional teams across multiple channels (direct sales, partner ecosystems, and digital) to scale revenue, ensure consistent messaging, and align customer experiences with commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Market Positioning
- Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored for solutions to capture high-value enterprise accounts.
- Define target verticals, pricing models, and packaging strategies to differentiate the company's consulting and automation offerings in the market.
- Identify new market opportunities and cross-selling potentials across the multi-channel portfolio.
Multi-Channel & Partner Sales Leadership
- Oversee and optimize direct sales, channel partners, and digital lead-generation funnels to accelerate sales cycles.
- Manage and grow relationships with strategic software vendors (MS, ServiceNow) to unlock co-selling and partner-led revenue opportunities.
- Implement robust pipeline tracking and accurate revenue forecasting systems.
Solution Alignment & Customer Success
- Ensure your delivery, account management, and pre-sales teams have deep technical experience.
- Foster a customer success framework focused on maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), driving high retention rates, and identifying upselling opportunities post-implementation.
Revenue Operations (RevOps)
- Oversee the tech stack integration across the company to create a single source of truth for revenue data.
- Establish, track, and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like customer acquisition costs (CAC), net revenue retention (NRR), and channel return on investment (ROI).
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of executive sales or commercial leadership experience within B2B SaaS, IT services, or digital transformation consulting.
- Domain Knowledge: Demonstrable understanding of enterprise automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital workflow ecosystems (specifically MS, RPA, and ServiceNow).
- Leadership: Proven success in leading cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, RevOps, and customer success) and scaling revenue to multi-million pound targets.
- Skills: Strong analytical, forecasting, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
