We are working with a high-growth marketing services business based in West Palm Beach, currently generating $250M in annual revenue and with clear ambition to scale significantly further.
This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on, commercially astute CFO to step into a business at an inflection point where strategic capital deployment, M&A execution, and day-to-day financial leadership will be central to the next chapter of growth.
🔑 The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, the incoming CFO will be a true operator. Someone who is equally comfortable setting the financial strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute it. This business is scaling fast and needs a finance leader who thrives in the detail as much as in the boardroom. If you're used to delegating everything and stepping back, this probably isn't the role for you.
📋 What We're Looking For
- A hands-on CFO or senior finance leader from within a services led business
- Demonstrable M&A experience from origination and due diligence through to post-acquisition integration
- Comfortable owning the numbers directly, not just overseeing a large team
- Track record of operating in businesses with $150M+ revenue, ideally in a scaling or PE-backed environment
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to influence at board level
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, West Palm Beach, FL
