Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location : Sector 29 Faridabad
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and operations of the organization. The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for financial planning & analysis, fund management, compliance, risk management, and driving sustainable business growth while ensuring strong financial controls and governance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA/ MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
- Experience: At least 5–7 years as CFO / Head of Finance in a mid-to-large size organization.
- Industry experience in E-Commerce (as per company requirement) will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and drive the company’s long-term financial strategy aligned with business goals.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, Board of Directors, and leadership team.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Financial Operations & Control
- Oversee all accounting, taxation, treasury, payroll, and financial reporting functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and optimal fund utilization.
- Implement and strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS), Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, including forex, interest rate, and credit risks.
Business Support & Growth
- Support M&A activities, fund raising (debt/equity), investor relations, and due diligence.
- Provide financial evaluation for new projects, Capex proposals, and business expansions.
- Work closely with business heads to improve profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare financial presentations for Board meetings, investors, and stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, Taxation, and Cost Management.
- Excellent knowledge of Companies Act, Ind AS / IFRS, GST, and Income Tax laws in India.
- Experience in fund raising, banking relationships, and working with institutional investors.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
- High integrity, leadership skills, and ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
