Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in demand planning or sales forecasting.
- Experience with data analysis.
Preferred qualifications:
- Project management, business process re-engineering and change management experience.
- Experience in forecasting in retail environments.
- Experience forecasting in tools or building analyses and data visualizations.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to model and build weekly, quarterly and annual demand forecasts: incorporating promotional plans, manage pipeline and seasonality assumptions and maintaining forecast assumptions in the demand planning tool.
- Analyze sales performance vs the demand forecast, understanding the root causes for over or under performance, assess risks and contingencies and write clear and concise business performance commentary for country, regional or global sales calls.
- Work with leadership, partnerships teams and cross-functional stakeholders to inform annual business goals and implement them in the systems.
- Collaborate with Supply Planning to maximize sales and support our partners.
- Analyze, understand, interpret and conceptualize sales performance and changing market trends for presenting out actionable insights to internal management and global counterparts.
