Spectertech Labs is hiring a Business Operations Associate to join our growing team. We are a technology-driven company building software and digital solutions, and we’re looking for someone who can support business operations while growing with us in a fast-moving environment.
This is a key role within the company, as you’ll work closely with the management and play an important part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who can become a trusted support system, take ownership, and grow alongside the company.
Location: Bengaluru
Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BBM / BE / B.Tech or equivalent)
Experience: 0–2 Years
Responsibilities:
• Manage finance, invoices, payroll, and operational records
• Schedule, coordinate, and organize internal/client meetings
• Support company documentation, compliance, and administrative setup
• Coordinate with vendors and manage day-to-day business operations
• Help improve internal processes as the company grows

• Someone eager to learn, adapt quickly, and take ownership
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Should be interested in technology, enjoy exploring modern tools and systems, and be willing to learn and work with tech-driven processes
• Comfortable using modern tools, AI-powered workflows, and efficient ways of working
• Open to learning and occasionally contributing to technology-related initiatives when needed
• Someone who enjoys figuring things out and growing in a startup environment
• Strong communication skills with English as the primary working language, along with good proficiency in Kannada and Hindi
• Looking for candidates comfortable working from the office in a collaborative startup environment
