- Structure project finance for infrastructure deployments across Canada, the UK, and Europe
- Build robust financial models tied to real assets, off-take, and supply economics
- Stand up disciplined FP&A, cash management, and reporting processes
- Oversee Canadian financial operations as the company expands its multi-site footprint
- Engage directly with investors, lenders, and strategic partners
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior CFO (or equivalent) experience in energy, infrastructure, cleantech, or mobility
- Proven track record raising venture capital and/or growth equity ($10M+)
- Deep experience in project finance or structured finance
- Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with real assets and live deployments
- Experience working across Canada and European markets is strongly preferred
- Credible in front of institutional investors and infrastructure partners
Why This Role:
- Existing operating assets with immediate scale-up
- Direct ownership of Series A and project financing strategy
- Exposure to cross-border infrastructure development
- Flexible structure with meaningful equity participation
