About Pronto Networks
Pronto Networks is a US-based B2B networking hardware company (Walnut Creek, CA) that designs and manufactures cellular routers, WiFi access points, LTE/5G gateways, and WiFi HaLow devices for enterprise customers across hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, and smart city verticals.
We are in an active growth phase, scaling an AI-native sales motion across a distributed US and India team. Our customers include leading POS platforms, kiosk manufacturers, and multi-site retail operators.
The Role
We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own the systems, data, and reporting infrastructure that powers our sales teams — both in India and the US.
You will manage our HubSpot CRM, run weekly pipeline reporting, coordinate the India SDR team's activity with US sales leadership, and build the automations that keep our outbound engine running cleanly. This is a hands-on role: you will be in the tools every day, not managing a team that is.

What You Will Do
HubSpot & CRM
- Own the HubSpot instance: pipeline stages, deal properties, lifecycle stages, workflows, and integrations
- Build and maintain dashboards for activity, pipeline, and revenue — used daily by both the India SDR team and US leadership
- Enforce CRM hygiene and audit-readiness across all users
Reporting
- Produce a weekly sales report covering outbound activity, appointment metrics, pipeline movement, and email deliverability signals
- Track leading and lagging indicators against quarterly and annual targets; flag gaps and surface recommendations early
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with clean, reliable data
Sales Coordination — US & India
- Act as the operational connective tissue between the India SDR team and US sales leadership
- Run the weekly sales ops cadence: agenda, report distribution, action item tracking
- Own the SDR-to-discovery-call handoff process — track no-shows, reschedules, and conversion rates across both markets
AI Tools & Automation
- Use Clay and Apollo to build enriched prospect lists and trigger personalised sequences
- Build and maintain n8n workflows connecting HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and HeyReach
- Evaluate and pilot new AI sales and ops tools; document ROI and recommend adoption
What We Are Looking For
Required:
- 3–6 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration in a B2B environment
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience — you have built pipelines, custom reports, and automated workflows from scratch
- Strong analytical instinct with the ability to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting outbound sales teams and understanding the cold outreach motion end-to-end
- Excellent written English — your reports are read by US executives
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and Clay (enrichment, lookalike, personalisation)
- Familiarity with n8n, Zapier, or Make for sales automation
- Understanding of email deliverability: DMARC, SPF, DKIM, domain warming
- Experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) applied to sales and ops workflows
- Prior experience supporting a distributed US-India team
