A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the complete financial activities of an organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Financial planning and budgeting
- Managing company cash flow and funds
- Preparing financial reports and MIS
- Monitoring profit & loss statements
- Cost control and expense management
- Handling taxation, GST, TDS, and audits
- Managing banking and financial institutions
- Preparing annual budgets and forecasts
- Ensuring legal and financial compliance
- Supervising accounts and finance teams
- Developing financial strategies for business growth
- Managing investments and risk analysis
- Supporting management in decision-making
- Monitoring working capital and inventory control
- Finalization of accounts and balance sheet
Skills Required
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge
- Leadership and team management

- ERP/SAP/Tally knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic planning ability
Qualification
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / CPA/ CA INTER
- 8–15+ years experience in Finance & Accounts
