YOUR IMPACT
As a senior leader on the Global Marketing Operations team, the Revenue Operations Manager serves as a trusted strategic partner to Field Marketing and Account Development leadership. This role drives operational excellence across the region by leading high-impact initiatives, optimizing marketing processes, and delivering data-driven insights that influence both regional and global strategy. You will design and scale programs that accelerate pipeline growth, improve performance, and enable smarter decision-making through advanced analytics, SQL-based solutions, and AI-driven insights.
What The Role Offers
- Lead the development and execution of regional marketing operations strategies aligned to global objectives.
- Own and deliver large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that improve pipeline health, marketing performance, and revenue impact.
- Influence regional policies, standards, and best practices to drive consistency and operational efficiency.
- Champion automation, data quality, and technology adoption across SQL-driven and AI-enabled systems.
- Act as a thought leader in marketing operations, advising senior stakeholders on trends, insights, and best practices.
- Deliver advanced analysis on pipeline performance, campaign ROI, and account segmentation to inform strategic decisions.
- Build and deploy AI-driven models, including predictive lead scoring and performance forecasting.
What You Need To Succeed
- Proven expertise in marketing operations, sales operations, or a related discipline, with experience leading complex, large-scale programs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL, including query optimization, stored procedures, and data modeling.
- Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and integrated data ecosystems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data, analytics, and AI solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we’re happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.
Salary Range: $118,000-$140,000; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
