Compensation
Base salary range of $145,000 to $195,000 depending on experience and skill set, plus competitive equity and benefits.

They have raised $50M from top venture investors and posted 700% revenue growth in under two years, with major public companies already on the customer list. The founding team includes operators from Google, DoorDash, Y Combinator, and other top tech companies.
Role overview
This is one of the firm's first growth hires and sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, responsible for building the product marketing and go-to-market function from scratch. The hire will shape how the market understands the company, from product launches and sales enablement to case studies and positioning. The role is on a clear fast track to a Head of Product Marketing title. The first 30 days will be spent sitting in on every sales call, auditing existing marketing materials, and shadowing the Director of Marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product launch process and narrative for new features and products, translating technical capabilities into clear customer value
- Create sales enablement materials including demo scripts, case studies, and objection handling frameworks to support the sales team
- Build and maintain the company's market narrative and positioning through customer research and persona work
- Coordinate launch execution across product, engineering, sales, and marketing
- Develop a pipeline of customer case studies that support enterprise sales conversations
- Analyze sales calls, customer feedback, and product usage data to improve messaging and GTM strategy
Preferred experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or strategy/operations at a high-growth startup
- Strong, structured problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous environments
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas clearly
- Experience working with AI tools for research, writing, or analysis
- Comfort analyzing data from CRM, analytics platforms, or sales tools
- High ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects independently
Nice to have
- Exposure to product marketing, growth marketing, or go-to-market strategy
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience working closely with sales teams
