For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Enterprise GTM -(creative Foundations) to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.
Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $221,000 – $320,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own the Enterprise GTM strategy for the company’s Creative Foundation business, driving customer adoption
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Pricing, Operations, and Product teams to meet sales objectives
- Develop in-depth understanding of customer segments, providing insights to enhance product capabilities
- Identify growth opportunities and initiate programs for business expansion at country levels
- Proactively address and solve operational challenges, overseeing cross-functional efforts
Qualifications
- BS/BA preferred or 12+ years of experience in management consulting or equivalent practical experience, MBA preferred
- 6+ years of people management experience
- Strong background in top-tier consulting firms advising enterprise clients on growth and AI-led transformations
- Customer-centric approach with extensive global experience across various segments
- Proven skills in designing and executing SaaS and consumption-based monetization strategies
