Founding Chief Sales Officer / Sales Partner
DirectX MGT Inc. is looking for a serious sales leader who wants more than a regular sales job. We are building a sales department around software, app development, logistics technology, business systems, and client growth solutions.
This role is for someone who can help us build, lead, and scale a commission-based sales team from the ground up. The right person will work directly with the founder to create sales processes, recruit agents, close deals, improve scripts, manage pipelines, and help turn DirectX into a serious revenue-generating company.
This is not a traditional salaried role at the start. This is a founding sales leadership opportunity with commission, performance bonuses, and potential partner/equity opportunity based on performance, commitment, and results.
What You Will Help Build
You will help lead sales growth for DirectX products and services, including:
- Custom website and app development
- Business software systems
- Client portals and internal business tools
- DirectLoads / logistics software solutions
- Sales systems, automation, and business growth packages
- Subscription-based software and service plans
Responsibilities
Build and manage the sales process from lead generation to closed deal
Help recruit, train, and manage commission-based sales agents
Develop outreach scripts, follow-up systems, and closing strategies
Run discovery calls and help close qualified prospects
Work with the founder to improve pricing, offers, packages, and sales materialsTrack leads, pipeline activity, demos, follow-ups, and closed deals
Help create a repeatable system that agents can followIdentify new sales channels, partnerships, and business opportunities
Lead by example by helping close early deals and proving the sales model
Who We Are Looking For

The right person should have:
Sales leadership experienceStrong communication and closing ability
Experience selling services, software, technology, marketing, logistics, or business solutions
Ability to work independently without needing to be micromanaged
Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers Experience building or managing a sales team is a plus
Startup, commission, or founder-minded experience is a plusStrong follow-up habits and a results-driven mindset
Compensation
This is a commission-based leadership opportunity.
Compensation may include:
Commission on closed deals
Recurring commission on subscription revenue
Performance bonusesLeadership overrides as the sales team grows

This is best for someone who understands that the early stage requires building, selling, and proving results before larger guaranteed compensation is available.
