About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Business Systems Specialist to join our technology team. The role is based out of our Surgical Product Solutions subsidiary and supports every subsidiary under the Mojo Medical umbrella.
Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP and a solid understanding of how business operations connect through systems. You'll work across NetSuite modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting), build Saved Searches and Suite Analytics reports, manage user roles and integrations, and partner with cross-functional teams in Sales, Finance, and Operations.
One of the bigger pieces of this role is helping us grow our EDI program through GHX and TrueCommerce. That means onboarding new trading partners, expanding document coverage, and increasing automation between NetSuite and our partners' systems.
We're also looking for someone who has previously coded in JavaScript and Python. You'll use both to support customizations, integrations, and data work across the business. Over time, you'll become our in-house NetSuite expert and a driving force behind system and process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite across modules including Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounting.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize NetSuite to support evolving business needs across all Mojo Medical subsidiaries.
- Troubleshoot NetSuite issues raised by end users, diagnose root causes, and resolve them or escalate to NetSuite support as needed.
- Support NetSuite projects including upgrades, new module rollouts, and third-party integrations.
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance, and Operations to map current workflows, surface bottlenecks, and design improvements.
- Turn business requirements into NetSuite configurations or build specs for enhancements.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training for new features and process changes.
- Run workshops, host 1-on-1 support sessions, and maintain training resources so users get the most out of NetSuite.
- Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and SOPs.
- Push for standardization and shared best practices across teams and subsidiaries.
- Support internal audits and help ensure compliance with our data security and access policies.
- Work with the other IT teams on overlapping issues like user provisioning, access, and integrations between NetSuite and various infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and Python for scripting, automation, and data tasks.
- Familiarity with ERP concepts and how business operations connect through systems.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including comfort with Excel.
- Proven track record of being detail-oriented, having problem solving skills, being business-minded, working with projects, being a team player, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to write clear documentation and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering or supporting NetSuite.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics, and core modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting).
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or other NetSuite customization tools.
- Experience supporting a NetSuite implementation, migration, or major integration project.
- Experience supporting multiple business units, subsidiaries, or entities within a single NetSuite environment (OneWorld experience a plus).
- Background in a medical device, healthcare, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with GHX, TrueCommerce, or similar EDI platforms.
- Experience onboarding new EDI trading partners and working with common document types (850, 855, 856, 810, etc.).
- Experience coordinating UAT and training for ERP rollouts or process changes.
