Vice President, Southeast Market
Location: Southeast US – fully remote, strong preference for Florida
Salary: $290-325K plus bonus and excellent benefits package
About the Opportunity
Join a leading technology and digital services business with a strong portfolio of Fortune 500 clients.
This is a senior regional leadership role focused on growing the Southeast market, with particular emphasis on South Florida and Central Florida. You will own a $40-60M P&L, lead market growth, strengthen senior client relationships and coordinate account, industry and delivery teams across a complex professional services environment.
Key Requirements
• Proven P&L ownership, ideally across a $30M+ services portfolio
• Background in IT consulting, digital services, software engineering, cloud, data or digital transformation
• Experience from a Big 4/5, mid-tier consulting firm or similar professional services business
• Strong forecasting, margin management, account development and consultative selling skills
• Experience growing enterprise and mid-market client portfolios
• Ability to personally own strategic growth accounts while enabling Account Managers
• Strong senior client relationship-building and executive presence
• Must be based in the Southeast US, with strong preference for Florida
Role & Responsibilities
• Lead regional growth across the Southeast / Florida market
• Own a $40-60M P&L covering revenue, margin, pipeline and delivery performance
• Develop and execute a market-level growth strategy
• Personally grow 1-2 strategic accounts
• Coordinate Account Managers, industry teams, consulting and delivery leaders
• Shape complex pursuits and support transition from sales into delivery
• Build local partnerships, leadership capability and market presence
