Location: South Florida
Type: Full-time, co-founder
Comp: 100% commission across three revenue lines + co-founder equity. No base.
The opportunityApplied AI Ventures is a portfolio of three AI-native companies, each attacking a services market where the incumbents haven't applied modern tech. The products are built. The buyers are identified. The early revenue is real. Three of the four founder seats are filled.
We're looking for the fourth, the operator who owns revenue across the portfolio.
The founding team- A co-founder CMO: running brand, content, and demand generation
- A co-founder COO: running operations and delivery across the portfolio
- Me (Franco Rizzo): product, technology, and portfolio strategy
- You: revenue
Four founders. Four lanes. One number to hit.
The portfolioResident Steward: The resident services layer for luxury multifamily. Buyer: tier-1 property managers (Greystar, Related, Alliance, Crescent Heights, Swire-tier operators). Motion: enterprise B2B, building-level and portfolio-level contracts. Live in South Florida luxury high-rises today (Lumaire, 10X Boca Raton, Wynwood Haus).
PracticeLayer: AI visibility platform for local businesses, with a beachhead in med spas. Buyer: practice owner/operator. Motion: SMB outbound, higher volume, faster cycle, expansion through verticals after med spas prove out.
PostMyStyle: AI-powered marketing platform for salons. Buyer: salon owner. Motion: SMB outbound and product-led, with referral and franchise-channel potential.
Three buyers, three motions, three revenue lines, one operator owning the number.
What you'll own- GTM strategy and sequencing across the three ventures (which one gets your hours this quarter)
- Pipeline and close on Resident Steward enterprise PM accounts
- Outbound playbook and channel design for PracticeLayer and PostMyStyle
- Pricing, packaging, and contract structure across all three
- The first revenue hires per venture and the playbooks they run
- Partnership channels, multifamily associations, med spa networks, beauty industry, luxury brokerages
- Tight partnership with the CMO on demand gen, content, and channel marketing
- Portfolio-level revenue reporting and forecasting
You are- 10+ years in B2B revenue roles, ideally across more than one vertical or motion (you're not a one-trick seller)
- Have closed both enterprise (six-figure ACV, multi-stakeholder) and SMB (transactional, volume) or have a credible plan for how you'd build the team that does
- Hunter mentality. You build pipeline, you don't manage it
- Comfortable context-switching between a Greystar regional and a med spa owner in the same afternoon
- Have built a sales motion from zero before, or been the second hire at one that scaled
- Can carry yourself financially through ramp, this is a real risk seat with real upside, not a salaried VP role
Compensation100% commission, uncapped, across three revenue lines. You eat what you kill on each and you build the team that keeps killing after the playbook is set. Override on the reps you hire under each venture.
Co-founder equity in Applied AI Ventures; meaningful, vested, the kind of number we negotiate once and then both stop worrying about.
There is no base. There is no draw. If that's a deal-breaker, this isn't the seat and that's fine. The people this is built for already know which line of that sentence applies to them.
The honest partThree early-stage ventures means three early-stage everythings. The founding team is in place, the products are built, real revenue is on the books, but pipeline at the volume you'll need to hit your number is still being built. The CMO can run demand campaigns and content; they can't yet hand you 200 qualified meetings a quarter. The COO can deliver against the contracts you close; they don't yet have a 20-person services team behind them. Your first six months are pipeline-building across the portfolio, with founders backing you up, not pipeline-managing a machine that already exists.
If you need a polished org to land in, this isn't the seat. If you've been waiting for the one where you get founder economics across three shots on goal, with three co-founders already in the trenches, it might be.
How to applyDM me on LinkedIn with three things:
- One sentence on why this interests you
- One paragraph on the last deal you closed cold and how
- Which of the three ventures you'd attack first in week one, and why
