Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and consultative professional to support AI adoption and operational excellence initiatives for a global technology client organization. The role requires a strong consulting mindset, stakeholder management skills, operational rigor, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive adoption of C5i’s AI-led tools and platforms within field sales organizations.
The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between C5i and client stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of operational activities, enabling field adoption, driving compliance initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance business value through AI, analytics, and new data-driven ideas.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive adoption and enablement of existing C5i AI-led tools and platforms across field sales teams
- Partner closely with client stakeholders and internal C5i teams to ensure smooth execution and collaboration
- Manage and track compliance-related activities, ticket management, escalations, and governance processes with a goal of maintaining zero compliance cases
- Manage and support community engagement initiatives through office hours, communications, updates, and ongoing enablement activities
- Identify new business opportunities and innovative ideas to expand the impact of deployed AI tools and data assets
- Recommend ways to leverage new datasets, insights, and AI capabilities to improve existing solutions and workflows
- Serve as the operational and communication conduit between C5i and client stakeholders
- Support administrative and operational activities, enabling client teams to focus on strategic priorities
- Coordinate across multiple cross-functional business and sales teams to drive alignment and execution
- Ensure continuous improvement, user engagement, and adoption metrics for deployed tools and platforms
- Prepare executive updates, operational reports, adoption metrics, and stakeholder communications
- Facilitate issue resolution, stakeholder follow-ups, and governance cadence meetings

- Experience managing compliance, governance, or operational processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvement and business growth opportunities
- Experience working with AI, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise technology environments is preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise sales operations or field enablement processes is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Analytics, Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, program management, business operations, sales enablement, or technology adoption roles
- Experience working with enterprise clients or large matrix organizations preferred
- Prior experience supporting enterprise technology programs is an advantage
