As we continue to scale, we are investing heavily in our systems, team, operational infrastructure, and future growth opportunities. We are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help build the operational foundation that supports our next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
This is more than a traditional Operations Manager role. It is an opportunity to help build and scale the operational foundations of a fast-growing international business.
You will work directly with the Founder to build systems, drive accountability, improve visibility, implement EOS, optimize workflows, leverage AI and automation, and help scale a growing international business.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage EOS across the business
- Build scalable systems, workflows, SOPs, and accountability structures
- Lead ClickUp optimization, reporting, dashboards, and operational visibility
- Drive project management, execution, and cross-functional accountability
- Monitor KPIs, business performance, and operational health
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Champion AI adoption, automation, and operational innovation
- Support hiring, onboarding, contractor management, and organizational development
- Act as the key operational link between leadership, departments, and external partners
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Integrator, Project Manager, Chief of Staff, or similar operational leadership role
- Strong EOS implementation experience
- Advanced ClickUp expertise, including workflows, dashboards, automations, and reporting systems
- Experience building systems, workflows, SOPs, and operational structures
- Strong leadership, accountability, and project management skills
- Experience implementing AI, automation, and operational technology solutions
- E-commerce experience strongly preferred, particularly within Amazon-focused businesses
- Bachelor's Degree required
