Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized AI Business Operations Associate to support our client's leadership team. Our client is a Leading IT Srevices organisation.
Important: This is an entry-to-Early career ole. Initially, the focus will be on business coordination, administration, operations support, meeting management, and office operations while leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support leadership with scheduling, meetings, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and HR administration.
- Coordinate with IT teams for employee onboarding, assets, and support requests.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and action trackers.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms to automate and improve daily work processes.
- Support market research, proposal preparation, and client engagement activities as part of a future growth path into Business Development and Client Partner roles.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in administration, operations, HR coordination, recruitment support, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and collaboration tools.
- Interest in business development, client engagement, and the insurance industry is a plus.
