KEWAZO is a deep-tech robotics company with offices in Munich and Houston, TX. We automate heavy industry using robotics and AI. Our first product, Liftbot, is a material lifting robot used for maintenance and construction to replace cranes and manual handling.
The technology is already deployed at industrial sites across Europe and North America. We're a small team bringing automation to the physical world — and we're looking for someone to help us scale how we do it commercially.
Your Role
We are looking for a GTM & Sales Operations Manager to build and scale the systems behind our commercial operations.
This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Automation, and AI. You will work closely with the CEO and commercial team to own our GTM infrastructure — keeping our data clean and structured, building AI-assisted automations that do the heavy lifting, and enabling sales to consistently focus on the highest-value opportunities.
Your work will directly impact how we identify opportunities, reach customers, and scale revenue. If you like the idea of building the engine rather than just running it — and doing it with the latest AI tooling — this role is for you.
Your Responsibilities
Revenue Operations & CRM / Data Quality
- Own our CRM and GTM data infrastructure end to end — keeping accounts, contacts, activities, and pipeline clean, structured, and reliable.
- Build and enforce the processes that keep data high-quality as we scale: deduplication, enrichment, consistency across tools and teams.
- Build scalable CRM structures that support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Continuously audit and improve data quality so the team can target and execute better.
Process Automation & AI
- Build AI-assisted workflows and agents for prospect research, enrichment, outreach, CRM hygiene, and internal operations.
- Identify inefficiencies across the organization and automate repetitive work.
- Work hands-on with a modern GTM/AI stack (e.g. Clay, Apollo, n8n, Claude Code) and keep experimenting with new tools to improve GTM efficiency and scalability.
Operational Support & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support the CEO and sales team with day-to-day commercial operations.
- Keep sales, marketing, and operations coordinated and moving.
- Drive projects from idea to implementation with a high level of ownership.
- Own our conference and event workflows — building prospect lists ahead of events, capturing and processing attendees into the CRM, and coordinating follow-up.
- Expect to wear multiple hats, from building automations to jumping into a live deal when needed.
Your Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or revenue operations — ideally in a B2B, industrial, or technical environment.
- A genuine feel for the sales process: you understand how reps work, where deals stall, and how good data and tooling help close them.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in automation, AI tools, and process optimization in a GTM environment.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities shift.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Available to work on-site at our Houston office (4/5 days per week).
Strong pluses:
- Experience with CRM systems (we use Pipedrive) and automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Clay, Apollo).
- Hands-on experience building AI agents or automation workflows (e.g. with Claude Code or similar tools).
