You’ll be the person who:
- Opens the office each morning and sets the tone for the day
- Keeps our data, quotes, emails, and reports moving without anything falling through the cracks
- Supports our sales team with pricing, follow-up, and organization
- Creates a welcoming environment for clients and coworkers
- Builds relationships with customers and partners
- Keeps both our digital systems and our physical space beautifully organized

You will work closely with our leadership, sales team, and customers daily. Your ability to stay organized, follow up, and communicate clearly will directly impact the success of our company.
What you’ll be doing
- Monitoring daily electricity and natural gas pricing
- Quoting commercial and residential customers
- Tracking renewals, quotes, and customer sign-ups
- Supporting sales and analysts with data entry and reporting
- Managing front desk operations and meeting support
- Opening & Closing the Office
- Keeping our office welcoming, tidy, and organized
- Using Excel and Monday.com to track and report on activity
- Sending thank-you notes, gift cards, and maintaining customer relationships
- Taking meeting minutes and ensuring action items are completed
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong Excel skills (advanced preferred)
- Excellent written communication (this is an email-heavy role)
- Extremely detail-oriented and reliable
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and data tracking
- Prior experience in office coordination, sales support, or operations
- Experience in energy, utilities, or brokerage is a bonus — but personality and work ethic matter more
