We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Finance Department and executive leadership team.

We are looking for someone who can build systems, establish processes, strengthen financial controls, and provide the leadership necessary to support continued growth and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and operational expertise, with a strong understanding of inventory-driven businesses and the complexities of managing physical goods.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience supporting distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, or other inventory-intensive organizations
- Strong cash flow management and working capital planning experience
- Extensive experience with Sage ERP systems
- Deep understanding of inventory control, inventory valuation, forecasting, purchasing, and supply chain finance
- Proven ability to establish, improve, and scale business processes across multiple departments
- Experience developing financial controls, reporting structures, and operational systems in a growing organization
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ability to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to ownership and executive leadership
- Proven experience working directly with banks, lenders, and financial institutions
Basic Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field required
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- Minimum 5 years in a senior financial leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director, Corporate Controller, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Authorized to work in the United States

Location
This is an in-person executive leadership role. Our headquarters is currently located in Doral, Florida and will be relocating to Miramar, Florida in September.
