That momentum doesn't happen accidentally. This role is for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of communication, engagement, relationship-building, and business growth.
What you'll do
- Own QAI's LinkedIn presence, keep the voice consistent, the content timely, and the engagement real.
- Drive outreach and engagement initiatives across email, LinkedIn, webinars and strategic follow-ups.
- Grow QAI's partner ecosystem - build relationships with organisations that can open new markets, co-deliver programs, or bring QAI into conversations it isn't yet part of.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, participants, partners and industry stakeholders.
- Manage communication with global clients and partners — anticipating needs, maintaining momentum, and ensuring a high-quality engagement experience.
- Help shape how QAI engages with its ecosystem across consulting and training programs. Oversee the seamless delivery of consulting engagements, training programs, webinars and other assignments — coordinating clients, partners, freelancers and internal teams.
- Keep proposals and agreements moving — from first draft to final sign-off, so opportunities don't stall on paperwork.
- Collaborate across delivery, business development, and finance to keep engagements on track.
- Improve processes, reporting, and workflows that make the team faster and more responsive.
Who we're looking for
You can hold multiple conversations and priorities without losing clarity. You think beyond the task in front of you and understand what's at stake in a client relationship. You communicate well — in writing and in person. Prior exposure to outreach, customer success, business operations, or stakeholder engagement is a plus, but how you think matters more than where you've been.
