Responsibilities:
- Obtain Annual Maintenance Contract with customers, (Renewal and Fresh)
- Follow-up for payments from customers.
- Inventory Management – Procure, Manage and Maintain.
- Pro Active Health Checkup coordination on a periodic basis, as per terms with the Active AMC customers – Internal and External Coordination.
- Procurement- Identify Vendors/Distributors/OEM, build strong Vendor Portfolio and Negotiating Skills.
- Delivery Management of Orders.
- Order Processing – Coordinate with Internal Sales and other functional team.
- Strong knowledge of IT Servers, Storage solutions and Hardware components.
Requirements:
- 3yrs in IT industry (Relevant experience in hardware required)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- In-depth understanding of IT hardware products and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
