- Own and drive business improvement projects from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with branch teams, department heads, and leadership to ensure timely completion.
- Track progress, remove bottlenecks, and ensure measurable business impact.
2. Operations Excellence & Process Improvement
- Understand existing operational workflows and identify inefficiencies.
- Design and implement SOPs, process improvements, and productivity initiatives.
- Improve service quality, turnaround time, accountability, and scalability.
3. People Coordination & Change Management
- Work closely with branch managers and operational teams to implement new processes.
- Train, guide, and influence teams for better adoption of initiatives.
- Ensure operational discipline and process compliance.
4. Digital Transformation & System Adoption
- Improve ERP usage and adoption across teams.
- Identify opportunities to digitize manual processes.
- Support implementation of technology-driven operational solutions.
5. Performance Tracking & Business Reviews
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management reports and actionable insights for leadership.
- Use data as a tool to identify issues and drive business improvements.
6. Leadership Support & Growth Projects
- Support leadership in high-impact projects and business growth initiatives.
- Conduct business reviews and assist in strategic decision-making.
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects requiring execution excellence
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
