Position Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Channel Sales Operations Specialist in Hong Kong or Singapore to support the day-to-day execution and optimization of our sales and partner operations infrastructure within the FI BD team. In this role, you will be the engine that keeps our sales pipeline moving, ensuring seamless onboarding for channel partners and maintaining the operational tools, SOPs, and cross-functional workflows that drive our global PayFi and stablecoin settlement network forward.
What You Will Do
- Pipeline Management: Maintain daily visibility and tracking of the sales pipeline. Monitor opportunity progression, ensure data hygiene in our tracking tools, and generate regular reporting for sales leadership.
- Partner & Client Onboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end operational onboarding process for new channel partners and enterprise clients, tracking them through compliance, legal, and operational setup.
- SOP Execution & Maintenance: Implement and maintain sales playbooks, SOPs, and operational templates. Ensure the sales and channel teams are aligned on execution and using standard tools consistently.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance to unblock bottlenecks, resolve day-to-day issues, and accelerate transaction readiness.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Collect and analyze sales operational metrics to help identify process inefficiencies, track partner SLAs, and surface insights that improve overall team productivity.
- Operational Support: Support the team on regular operating routines, document management for partner contracts, and coordinate escalation handling for transaction exceptions.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, business operations, or a commercially focused operational support role.
- Hands-on operational experience tracking sales pipelines, managing onboarding processes, or coordinating partner/channel workflows.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to follow, document, and maintain practical SOPs and process playbooks.
- Highly structured thinker with excellent attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset (proficiency in Excel/data tools is highly valued).
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple internal functions (Compliance, Product, Sales) to keep tasks moving.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Experience in fintech, traditional payments, crypto, or B2B SaaS is highly preferred.
Vision & Mission
OSL is the first SFC-licensed digital asset platform in Hong Kong and a PayFi innovator. Through stablecoin payments, cross-border settlement and global licensing, we are building the next-generation payments network. Stablecoins have become everyday money across emerging markets and are widely viewed as blockchain’s “killer app,” with industry focus shifting from token issuance to real-world consumer and enterprise payment adoption. The strongest growth lies in cross-border B2B payments, where providers embedding stablecoins into corporate settlement flows can capture significant volume and float. Long-term defensibility comes from regulatory licences, banking partners and cross-border corridors.
OSL holds or has acquired licences in Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Bermuda and Indonesia, and is expanding into Europe, Brazil, Southeast Asia and Africa through acquisitions and licence applications. With OSL Pay and StableX, we embed stablecoin settlement into bank accounts and card networks, support 150+ digital assets, and provide 24/7 fiat–stablecoin conversion. As a regulated pioneer with a startup mindset, we believe the future of payments will be driven by real adoption and scalable deployment, not technology narratives. We welcome builders who are passionate about crypto and payments to join us in shaping compliant, global payment infrastructure.
