About the Roles
Join a Manufacturer of Polymeric Materials as a Sales Operations Executive based in Kallang. This is a permanent position on a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm, offering a basic salary of $2,800 to $3,800 with variable bonus.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and develop business opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
- Respond to sales enquiries and prepare quotations accurately and promptly.
- Follow up on quotations and coordinate updates on samples and shipment schedules.
- Collaborate with Operation, Engineering & Quality teams to deliver suitable solutions for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, customer enquiries, and other sales-related documents.
- Support other sales-related tasks assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum ‘O’ level or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese business associates.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Forward-thinking attitude with a professional approach to work.
