Business Operations Executive – Founder's office

Nap Chief is a fast-growing kidswear brand loved by parents across India for our quirky, comfortable, and high-quality designs. We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and highly driven individual to work directly with the Founder- someone who loves building trackers, writing clean SOPs, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder on operational and growth priorities
- Identify bottlenecks and help solve day-to-day business challenges
- Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards to support decision-making
- Track key business metrics and flag opportunities for improvement
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research as needed
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Build and improve SOPs, processes, and workflows for efficiency
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Take ownership of tasks from start to finish, even with ambiguity
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Business, Coordination, MIS, or related roles
- Strong hands-on skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, trackers)
- Good analytical skills and comfort working with data and numbers
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Resourceful and eager to learn new things quickly
- Bonus: familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity
Ideal Background
B.Com / BBA / MBA (Operations, General Management) from any recognized college
