✅ Drive monthly sales targets and branch acquisition.
✅ Lead, train and motivate BDEs and Telecallers.
✅ Plan new chit group launches and sales growth.
✅ Monitor daily sales reports, appointments and closures.
✅ Improve lead conversion and sales team performance.
✅ Build agent networks and coordinate with marketing.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
