Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven GTM Leader / Head of Growth to lead our go-to-market strategy, execution, and growth initiatives. This role is responsible for building and scaling revenue-generating functions, driving customer acquisition, optimizing growth channels, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and scaling businesses through disciplined execution, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Develop and own the company's go-to-market strategy, aligning market opportunities with business objectives.
- Define target customer segments, value propositions, pricing, positioning, and market entry strategies.
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches, market expansion initiatives, and growth programs.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and growth levers across customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
- Design and execute scalable customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels.
- Build predictable demand generation and revenue growth engines.
- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Establish growth experiments and testing frameworks to continuously improve performance.
Leadership & Team Building
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing GTM teams across marketing, growth, demand generation, partnerships, sales enablement, and customer success functions as appropriate.
- Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders around growth objectives and execution priorities.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Own key growth and revenue metrics, including pipeline generation, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Develop forecasting models and performance dashboards to track business outcomes.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive operational excellence and ensure effective execution against growth targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure strong GTM alignment.
- Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable growth initiatives.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in go-to-market, growth, revenue, marketing, or commercial leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building and leading GTM functions in high-growth startups or scaling organizations.
- Demonstrated success driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
- Experience developing and executing end-to-end go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining highly execution-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, AI, fintech, or other high-growth industries.
- Experience scaling businesses from early-stage to growth-stage environments.
- Strong understanding of modern growth frameworks, demand generation, product marketing, and revenue operations.
- Experience managing significant growth budgets and revenue targets.
- MBA or equivalent business leadership experience preferred.
