Company Operations Specialist – Non-Technical:
Responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth and efficient organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management – Coordinate with vendors, track deliverables, manage relationships, and ensure timely execution of operational requirements.
- Demand Forecasting & Planning – Support forecasting activities and resource planning aligned with business requirements.
- Operations Oversight – Manage and oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution across functions.
- Asset Management – Maintain inventory records, procurement coordination, and company asset lifecycle management.
- Recruitment Coordination – Support hiring activities including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, follow-ups, onboarding support, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Company Page & Brand Maintenance – Maintain and update company profiles, social media pages, job postings, and business communication channels.
- Administrative & Cross-functional Coordination – Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business operations.
- Process Management & Reporting – Prepare operational reports, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements.
- Documentation & Compliance Support – Ensure operational records and activities align with internal policies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Business Coordination, Administration, Recruitment Coordination, or related functions.
- MBA is preferred (Operations, HR, Marketing, or General Management).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience with vendor coordination and operational execution.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and business productivity tools.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
