Head of Revenue Operations
Location: Columbus, OH

Reports to: CRO
Role Summary: Loop is hiring an experienced RevOps leader to scale and strengthen the Go-To-Market organization. This role involves leading an established Revenue Operations team, enhancing analytics and insights, and creating a disciplined, scalable operating model across Sales, Marketing, and Merchant Success.
Key Responsibilities
- GTM Analytics, Reporting, and Business Insights:
- Lead analytics and reporting strategy
- Own forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline health, and performance management
- Build and maintain executive-level dashboards
- Systems and Revenue Technology:
- Own and optimize GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Replit, Lovable, Hex, Looker, Notion, AI tools like Claude)
- Evaluate and implement new systems and AI-driven solutions
- Ensure data architecture and scalable infrastructure
- Enablement and Operational Consistency:
- Develop processes, documentation, and training for consistent execution
- Strengthen onboarding, tool adoption, and enablement
- Define and improve SLAs across the merchant journey
- Lead and Elevate Revenue Operations:
- Lead and develop the RevOps team
- Establish RevOps as a strategic partner to GTM leadership
- Create and maintain a clear RevOps roadmap
Experience Required
- 12 to 15 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
- Director-level leadership with direct people management
- Proven experience scaling B2B SaaS from $50M to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in analytics, forecasting, and modeling
- Strong data visualization skills
- Experience owning CRM/GTM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfort with technical tools and AI interest
- Track record of partnership with Finance and GTM leadership
- High ownership and disciplined prioritization
- Strong executive communication skills
