About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Strategy Associate (GTM & Growth) to work directly with the General Manager on strategic initiatives across revenue, go-to-market (GTM), and commercial performance.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, GTM execution, and commercial decision-making. You will analyse business performance, identify growth opportunities, and help optimise how we acquire, convert, and retain customers.
You will be expected to take full ownership of your work, think independently, and consistently go beyond what is required—bringing forward ideas, improvements, and solutions that drive better commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Do
GTM & Growth Strategy
- Partner with the General Manager on GTM and commercial growth initiatives
- Analyse market, customer, and sales data to identify revenue opportunities
- Support GTM strategy across products, segments, and channels
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve growth performance
Revenue & Commercial Execution
- Own CRM governance, pipeline quality, forecasting, and reporting
- Improve GTM execution through better funnel visibility and conversion tracking
- Build dashboards and insights to support commercial decision-making
- Ensure accurate and reliable GTM and sales data across systems
Process & Growth Improvement
- Design and improve end-to-end GTM workflows from lead generation to onboarding
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
- Standardise GTM processes to support growth at scale
Strategic Projects
- Support cross-functional GTM, sales, and product initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Lead ad-hoc commercial and GTM problem-solving projects for senior leadership
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and execution
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years in management consulting, strategy, finance, or high-growth startup environments (or exceptional fresh graduates with strong commercial mindset and relevant internship or project experience).
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with an interest in commercial and GTM performance
- Highly proactive mindset with a consistent drive to go beyond expectations
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and execution-focused approach
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), Excel, SQL, or BI tools is a plus
