Lead Growth, Revenue Strategy, and Market Expansion
We are seeking an accomplished healthcare executive to serve as our next Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing specialty medical organization and oversee the strategic direction of revenue generation, patient acquisition, reimbursement optimization, business development, and market expansion.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of healthcare finance, revenue cycle operations, payer strategy, and patient-centered financial services, along with a proven ability to drive sustainable growth in a complex ambulatory care environment.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute enterprise-wide growth initiatives that increase revenue and expand market presence.
- Identify opportunities for new service offerings, ancillary programs, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support geographic expansion and provider recruitment efforts.
- Develop relationships with employers, referral sources, community organizations, and healthcare partners to drive patient growth.
- Oversee reimbursement initiatives and revenue optimization efforts across multiple service lines.
- Evaluate payment trends, reimbursement performance, and collection outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with operational and revenue cycle teams to strengthen claim resolution processes and maximize collections.
- Establish performance metrics and accountability measures for revenue-generating departments.
- Enhance the patient financial experience through education, transparency, and effective communication.
- Develop financial counseling programs that help patients understand costs, coverage options, and payment solutions.
- Implement strategies that improve collections while maintaining a positive patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with applicable billing regulations and patient protection requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to increase brand visibility and patient acquisition.
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness through ROI tracking and performance analytics.
- Support physician outreach, community engagement initiatives, and referral development programs.
- Align growth strategies with organizational objectives and long-term business goals.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across revenue operations, patient financial services, business development, and marketing.
- Present revenue performance, growth forecasts, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience in revenue generation, revenue cycle, business development, or healthcare operations.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement methodologies, healthcare finance, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Demonstrated success leading growth initiatives within a healthcare organization.
- Exceptional analytical, financial, and executive communication skills.
- Experience within specialty physician practices, ambulatory care, musculoskeletal medicine, surgical services, or multi-site healthcare organizations.
- Experience improving collection performance, operational efficiency, and patient financial engagement.
