Equisettle is a B2B accounts receivable and order-to-cash platform that helps businesses get paid faster. We handle invoice chasing, collections, debtor workflows, and standalone invoicing. Built AI-native and designed to integrate seamlessly into existing accounting and finance stacks. We are early stage, moving fast, and looking for the right people to help us scale.
About the role
We are looking for a Fractional GTM Commercial Lead to shape and own the commercial function at Equisettle. This is not a sales execution role. It is a commercial strategy and architecture role, for someone who knows how to take a B2B product to market in a structured and scalable way.
Responsibilities
- GTM strategy. Defining positioning, market segmentation, value proposition, and how the product reaches the right customers through the right channels.
- Market research and competitive analysis. Understanding the landscape, identifying opportunities, and keeping the commercial strategy grounded in what is actually happening in the market.
- Pricing and packaging. Pricing structure, packaging models, and value proposition logic for each segment.
- Sales motion design. How the sales process works in practice, from first contact to close, and how it adapts to different channels and customer profiles.
- Distribution channels. Defining and developing the most appropriate channels: direct, accountant partners, marketplaces, integrations. The architecture of how Equisettle scales commercially.
- Revenue conversion. Moving pipeline through the funnel, qualification, progression, negotiation, close.
- Commercial infrastructure. Sales process, CRM, forecasting, and reporting. The foundations that make the commercial engine repeatable.
- Cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with product and any marketing resource to ensure commercial strategy and execution are aligned.
- Commercial hiring input. As the function grows, advising on who to bring in, when, and what to brief them on.

What we are looking for
• Proven GTM experience with B2B SaaS or fintech products
• Background in accounting, finance, or fintech is a strong advantage given our market
• Experience building commercial processes from scratch, not just managing existing ones
• Ability to work autonomously and make commercial decisions without constant oversight
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and marketing
• Proficiency with CRM systems and commercial analytics tools
• Someone who knows when to execute and when to step back and rethink the strategy

per week
• Remote with occasional in-person. (Travel covered)
