We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization’s financial operations and strategy. The CFO will oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, risk management, reporting, and long-term financial growth while working closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s overall financial strategy.
Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, revenue, and overall financial performance.
Prepare and present financial reports and business performance analyses to senior management.
Establish financial policies, controls, and procedures to ensure compliance.
Manage financial risk and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
Oversee tax planning, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Work with department leaders to improve financial efficiency and cost management.
Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA, CPA, or other relevant professional certification is preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
Previous senior-level financial leadership experience is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Excellent analytical, strategic, leadership, and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency with accounting and financial management software.
