My cybersecurity client is seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Business Operations Manager to support both internal operations and inbound sales coordination. (Hybrid; Newton, MA)
This role is ideal for someone who can build structure, manage workflows, document SOPs, support onboarding/offboarding processes, and confidently serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain SOPs and internal process
- Manage AP/AR and operational workflows
- Coordinate employee and client onboarding/offboarding
- Handle inbound leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery calls and present service offerings
- Maintain accurate HubSpot CRM records
- Support executive scheduling, logistics, and event coordinating
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years in business operations, project management, or corporate administration
- 2+ years in B2B sales development, account management, or consultative sales
- Experience creating and improving SOPs
- Strong HubSpot CRM skills (Nice to Have)
