For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Business Operations & Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: San Jose, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $244,600 – $380,225 annually
Responsibilities
- Own and drive cross-functional initiatives critical to business growth
- Lead collaborative initiatives across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Strategy
- Develop and evaluate growth opportunities including M&A and partnerships
- Translate strategic priorities into execution roadmaps with accountability models
- Manage planning cycles aligning business priorities with organizational commitments
- Generate insights from product usage and customer feedback for growth
- Develop executive-ready narratives and strategic recommendations for leadership discussions
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent master’s degree required; technical undergraduate degree preferred
- Expertise in planning and corporate strategy at Senior Director level
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of data-driven decision making
- Experience in influencing senior collaborators and driving alignment
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across diverse teams
- Outstanding communication and executive storytelling abilities
- Deep understanding of technology market dynamics and enterprise business models
