Job Purpose: The Backend Team Executive supervises the CRM operations team to ensure effective management of CRM systems related to offer creation, project management on SAP, pricing adjustments, and coordination with finance for cash flow information. This role provides strategic direction and support to team members while collaborating closely with the finance and sales departments.
Responsibilities
Backend Team Executive
Team Management And Development
Oversees the daily operations of the Backend CRM team, ensuring efficient execution of tasks.
Provides guidance and support to the team in resolving CRM-related issues and inquiries.
Conducts training sessions for team members on CRM processes, SAP usage, and financial procedures.
CRM Management
Leads the creation and management of offers within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Collaborates with the finance team to manage cash flow information and approve bank entries.
Project Management On SAP
Oversees project creation and management within the SAP system, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitors project status and provides reports to senior management as needed.
Manages pricing processes within the CRM, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing strategies are implemented.
Works with sales and finance teams to analyze pricing trends and make adjustments as necessary.
Collaboration And Support
Serves as a liaison between finance, CRM, and sales teams, facilitating effective communication and support.
Conducts regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to discuss updates, challenges, and strategies.
Performance Monitoring
Establishes KPIs for team performance and ensures they are met or exceeded.
Conducts performance evaluations and provides feedback to team members.

Qualification
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc preferred)
- MBA (Operations / Finance / Marketing) preferred
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS tools
Experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in MIS / Sales Operations / Backend roles
- Experience in real estate / sales-driven organizations preferred
- Strong exposure to data management, reporting, and dashboard preparation
