Job Summary: The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all sales support, route-to-market (RTM), and distribution functions to ensure commercial excellence. The role focuses on driving efficiency in sales processes, improving distribution network performance, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting the sales team in meeting its growth and profitability targets.
Strategic / General Duties and Responsibilities
- Possess full awareness and hands-on operational capability with professional supply chain, route optimization, and mapping platforms. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling, operating, and leveraging data from leading software solutions to drive:
o End-to-end Route Optimization & Dynamic Re-routing
o Territory & Network Mapping & Design
o Route Merging, Consolidation, and Load Planning
o Real-time Delivery & Sales Force Tracking and Scheduling
o Logistics Cost Analysis and Performance Management
- Required proficiency with one of the top-rated and widely adopted platforms in the Saudi Arabian market, with a strong preference for expertise in:
o SHIPSY (for comprehensive supply chain orchestration, intelligent route planning, last-mile delivery tracking, and carrier management).
o And or any Other Professional /Specialized Program related
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales operations strategy in alignment with the company’s growth plans.
- Lead strategic planning for RTM models, route structure, and sales coverage to enhance market penetration.
- Analyze and optimize sales processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support commercial leadership with accurate forecasting, territory planning, and market analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, marketing, and IT to align strategic priorities.
- Lead initiatives for digital transformation in sales operations, including CRM and analytics tools.
- Drive standardization of policies and procedures across regions to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Evaluate sales structure and team capabilities and recommend development or restructuring initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in sales operations or RTM management within FMCG or food industry.
- Proven experience in managing sales operations across multiple regions (Saudi Arabia or GCC preferred).
- Familiarity with sales automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), ERP, and BI tools.
- Strong knowledge of distribution networks, route planning, and commercial operations.
- Background in poultry, dairy, beverages, or related industries preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
Pay: ₹228,387.00 - ₹304,516.00 per month
