About IntBot
In ten years, millions of robots will coexist with humans. But coexistence requires more than physical capability — it requires social intelligence.
IntBot is building the interaction engine that enables robots to operate autonomously in real human environments. Our humanoid robots are already deployed in hotels such as Marriott, at major events such as NVIDIA GTC, and most recently at San José Mineta International Airport, where continuous real-world operation drives learning and improvement at scale.
We are entering a hyper-growth stage as we scale deployments, software rollouts, and strategic partnerships across the U.S. and international markets. As our business expands across customers, partners, vendors, and deployment locations, we are looking for a highly organized operator to help build the commercial and international operations foundation of the company.
About the Role
We are seeking an International Business Operations Manager to support and lead business operations across customer contracts, invoicing, commercial processes, partner coordination, and international business execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both English and Chinese, highly detail-oriented, comfortable managing cross-border communication, and excited to work at the center of a fast-growing robotics startup. You will work closely with leadership, business development, finance, operations, product, and engineering teams to make sure deals, deployments, contracts, and partner relationships move forward smoothly.
This is not a back-office role. You will help build the operating system for IntBot’s international growth — from customer contract workflows to partner coordination, invoicing, deployment operations, and cross-border business processes.
For the right person, this role can grow into a senior business operations leadership position as the company scales.
What You Will Do
Commercial Operations
- Manage customer contract workflows, including tracking drafts, revisions, signatures, renewals, and key obligations.
- Coordinate invoicing, payment tracking, purchase orders, and customer billing follow-ups.
- Maintain organized records for contracts, commercial terms, customer commitments, and deployment requirements.
- Support pricing, packaging, and operational processes for pilots, annual contracts, RaaS deployments, and software licensing agreements.
- Help build repeatable systems for sales operations, revenue operations, and customer onboarding.
International Business Coordination
- Support business operations across U.S. and international customers, partners, vendors, and deployment sites.
- Communicate fluently in English and Chinese with internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Coordinate cross-border meetings, documentation, follow-ups, timelines, and project execution.
- Help manage relationships with international robotics hardware partners, distributors, integrators, and suppliers.
- Support localization, deployment preparation, and customer communication for international business opportunities.
Project Management & Internal Execution
- Track key business projects across sales, partnerships, finance, operations, and deployment teams.
- Create project plans, timelines, status updates, and follow-up systems to keep cross-functional work moving.
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure business commitments are aligned with technical feasibility and deployment readiness.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and help create scalable processes as IntBot grows.
- Build templates, trackers, SOPs, and internal workflows for recurring business operations.
Customer & Partner Support
- Support customer onboarding, deployment planning, contract execution, and post-deployment coordination.
- Help prepare proposals, commercial documents, business summaries, and partner-facing materials.
- Gather customer and partner feedback and route it to the appropriate internal teams.
- Support expansion, renewal, and account management processes for existing customers and partners.
