Newly created role at a $5B Fund looking as their team continues to grow:
- Own CFO function; fund accounting, operations, and daily reporting
- Manage relationship with fund administrator and tax/audit providers
- Capital call and distribution calculations
- Work with deal team, valuations, and treasury management
- Support current portfolio as well as investor support
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
