Key Responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):

Lead FP&A, forecasting, and board-level reporting

Oversee accounting operations through the Controller/VP Finance

Manage billing processes and AR strategy

Serve as strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team

Strengthen financial processes, reporting, and operational rigor
Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):

Prior CFO or executive-level finance leadership experience

Background in a large or complex organization

Experience with strategic finance, board reporting, and FP&A

CPA required
