- Financial Strategy and Decision-Making: Participate in decision-making regarding corporate strategic planning, annual business plans, major investments, and mergers and acquisitions; evaluate feasibility from a financial perspective and provide recommendations
- Capital Operations: Develop investment and financing strategies; optimize the capital structure; design financing plans and lead communications and negotiations with financial institutions
- Financial System Management: Establish and improve financial management systems, accounting monitoring mechanisms, and internal control systems; oversee financial operations and cash flows
- Reporting and Compliance: Review financial reports and ensure their authenticity, accuracy, and completeness; ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Tax and Risk Management: Lead tax planning to ensure compliance; establish risk early-warning mechanisms to mitigate financial and operational risks
- Team Building: Oversee the establishment of the finance department’s organizational structure, staffing, and talent development
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Hold authoritative certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or Senior Accountant
- At least 10 years of financial work experience, including at least 5 years in financial management at large or medium-sized enterprises
- Proficient in accounting standards, tax regulations, and laws and regulations governing listed companies
- Candidates with experience in capital operations—including investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs—will be given priority
- Possess exceptional analytical and judgmental skills, decision-making and communication abilities, and leadership capabilities, along with a high level of integrity and risk awareness
Pay: $18,000.00 - $23,499.64 per month
