For our client, we are seeking a VP Sales Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Philadelphia, PA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $240,000 – $275,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Serve as Chief of Staff to the CCO, driving commercial priorities
- Translate commercial vision into actionable plans and track progress
- Define and oversee the commercial rhythm of business and forecasting
- Evolve sales forecasting methodologies for actionable insights
- Manage and optimize the CRM and sales technology stack
- Develop sales metrics and analytics dashboards
- Lead sales enablement initiatives and compensation program design
- Ensure operational continuity for sales operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Sales Operations or related field, with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Strong strategic partnership and executive communication skills
- Familiarity with pharma analytics and life sciences buying cycles
- Expertise in Salesforce management and process automation
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data management
- Skilled in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experienced in designing sales compensation programs
- Proven team leadership and development experience
