Your Role
As Go‑to‑Market Lead SAP Data & Analytics, you are the driving force behind positioning our SAP data portfolio in the market—particularly within the Life Sciences, Automotive, and Manufacturing / High Tech / Telco industries.
Our end‑to‑end portfolio covers SAP capabilities across the entire data value chain:
- SAP Datasphere & Business Data Cloud (data architecture, data warehousing, data products)
- SAP BW/4HANA & HANA Native
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting, planning, and visualization
- SAP MDG / Data Governance / Data Quality
- AI, MLOps & GenAI in the SAP context
- Integration with non-SAP technologies (Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP)
In this strategic sales role, you leverage your industry and SAP data expertise to assemble and position high‑performing teams for large-scale projects with clients.
- Strategic Go-to-Market Ownership- You design and manage GTM strategies for our SAP Data & Analytics portfolio and differentiate our end‑to‑end solutions in the market.
- Business Development & Sales- Together with account and sales teams, you identify new business opportunities around SAP Datasphere, Business Data Cloud, SAC, and Data Governance—from initial idea to project kickoff.
- Drive Strategic Partnerships- You build and expand strategic relationships with SAP, Microsoft, AWS, Google, Databricks, and Snowflake to unlock new offerings and innovative combinations (SAP + hyperscalers).
- Trusted Advisor at C‑Level- You advise executive decision‑makers on data‑driven transformation in the SAP environment and demonstrate how Data & Analytics can deliver real business impact.
- Support of Commercial Proposals (RFPs)- You contribute your expertise to proposal development and identify GTM opportunities at an early stage in close collaboration with our sales organizations.
- Internal & External Representation- You act as an ambassador for Capgemini, supporting clients in building data‑driven organizations in the SAP context and generating measurable value from Data & Analytics.
Your Skills and Experience
- A completed degree in (business) computer science, a STEM field, or a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience.
- SAP Data & Analytics Expertise- You have strong experience in SAP data architectures, analytics, governance, or planning, and background in GTM, sales, or business development.
- Industry Knowledge- Experience in at least one of the focus industries: Life Sciences, Automotive, or Manufacturing / High Tech / Telco.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset- You confidently manage complex stakeholder environments and build long‑term relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong Communication Skills-Very good German and English skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present technical topics.
- Team Orientation & Values- You act with integrity, work in a team‑focused manner, and drive commercial success in line with Capgemini’s values of honesty, freedom, and team spirit.
- Consulting Capability- Experience in consulting, pre‑sales, or delivery is a strong advantage—especially if you can translate complex SAP challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
